# Sendbird

> Sendbird is an in-app chat and messaging platform. Connect it to WPOS and the agent can use it as part of the work it does on your site.

Sendbird is an in-app chat and messaging platform. Connected to WPOS, it lets the agent send messages and manage users for in-site messaging, all from the chat beside your site's live preview.

Once Sendbird is connected, ask in the [Command Center](/operate/command-center):
