# Playbook

> Give your WordPress site a memory: durable notes the agent reads before it works.

The Playbook is the site's memory. Write down how the site should be handled, such
as tone, rules, and things to avoid, and the agent follows it in every chat instead
of you repeating it each time.

Teach the agent your site once and it remembers

## Open and edit it

Open **Playbook** from the new tab launcher in the Command Center. Edit it like a
document; changes apply to the next conversation. When the agent updates the
Playbook itself, an activity card in the chat shows what changed.

> Keep entries short and specific. "Never change the header menu without asking"
> works better than a long essay on brand voice.
