Calendly is a scheduling platform. Connected to WPOS, it lets the agent create scheduling links and pull event and user data to add booking to a site, all from the chat beside your site’s live preview. Category: Scheduling Actions available: 51+

Before you connect

  • A Calendly account with at least one event type set up. A new account with nothing configured returns empty results.
  • API access depends on your plan. Organization level data needs a paid plan.
  • For team data you need admin or owner rights. A regular member sees only their own bookings.

Open WPOS

In WordPress admin, open WPOS. You land on the chat screen.

Open a new tab and choose Connectors

Click the + button to open the launcher panel, then choose Connectors.

Find the connector

Every available connector is listed alphabetically, each with a button showing what it needs.

Search and press Connect

Type Calendly into Search for integrations, then press Connect.

Sign in and authorize

A popup opens on Calendly. Sign in, or continue with Google or Microsoft if that is how your account was created, then approve the requested access.
Calendly sign-in can sever the popup link to WordPress, so the popup may look closed while sign-in is still running. WPOS waits up to 45 seconds, so let it finish rather than pressing Connect again.

Troubleshooting

Expected with Calendly. WPOS keeps polling for up to 45 seconds and completes the connection if sign-in finishes.
The account has none configured, or they are all inactive. Create one in Calendly first.
You are connected as a regular member. Only admins and owners can read organization wide data, and only on plans that include it.
Calendly stores times in UTC and displays them in the viewer timezone. State the timezone you want in your prompt.
