What you can do
- Clone forms
- Create and manage labels
- Use forms for lead capture
Example requests
Once Jotform is connected, ask in the Command Center:Before you connect
- A Jotform account. The free tier works, with limits on forms and monthly submissions.
- A Jotform API key with Full Access if you want WPOS to create or edit forms.
- Check your Jotform region. Accounts on EU or HIPAA data residency use different API endpoints.
Connect it
Open WPOS

WPOS opens on the chat screen.
Open a new tab and choose Connectors

The launcher panel. Connectors is the fifth entry.
Find the connector

The Connectors panel, sorted alphabetically.
Search and press Set up
Jotform into Search for integrations. The button on the row reads Set up, not Connect. That is how WPOS marks a connector that needs your own credentials.
Set up, not Connect. Jotform needs your own API key.
The credentials form opens

The credentials form, with setup docs alongside.
Create an API key in Jotform

Note the Permissions column. New keys default to Read Access.
Paste the key and save

The key masks as you paste it.
Confirm in WPOS

Connected immediately, with no popup to approve.
Disconnect
Press View Details on the row, then Disconnect inside the panel. The row itself has no Disconnect button. Your forms and submissions stay in Jotform, and only the stored key is removed. To invalidate the key entirely, also delete it in Jotform under My Account, then API. Disconnecting in WPOS does not revoke it on Jotform’s side.Troubleshooting
