- Connect your own AI agent to the site. A new AI Agents tab in Settings lets an outside assistant work on your site through WPOS: it signs in with your WordPress account and gets the same tools the agent uses. The tab is hidden on a site in handoff.
- WPOS uses what your plugins expose. Plugins that register WordPress abilities are now driven directly, rather than worked around, including Elementor 4.3’s own editor abilities on a site that runs it. Every action still runs as the WordPress user who asked for it.
- Attach files while a task is running. Files no longer wait for the run to finish. Chats also name themselves as they go, and renaming one is a single step. See Tasks.
- Clearer tool results. What the agent did appears as a status line with screenshot previews inline, and the context meter moves during the run rather than only at the end.
- A first look at a new site. The first chat after activating a licence scans the site, so the agent starts knowing what is there.
- Migration is harder to trigger by accident. Migrating asks for confirmation first, reports failures in the app, and now handles SQLite sites. See Move a site to a new install.
- Every action checks its WordPress capability. Command Center routes verify what the person is allowed to do in WordPress before acting, and agency managers and operators can now press Update now.
- Analytics. A new Analytics section shows credits, sites, and team activity over time, with a detail view for each site and each member.
- Access requests. When a member meets a control they are not allowed to use, they can press Request access. Owners, and Agency Managers for their own team, approve or decline. See Members.
- Permissions at invite time. Choose what a new member may do before they join, and see straight away when an address cannot be invited. See Invite members.
- Sandboxes are permanent. Every sandbox now stays until you delete it. Name a sandbox when you create it, with a live availability check, give it a readable link later, and let the launch carry on in the background. See Sandboxes.
- A tour of the Workspace. New accounts answer a few short setup questions, then get a Quick or Full tour of the dashboard, which you can replay from Settings. See Onboarding.
- My Plan for managers. The owner can let an Agency Manager see the My Plan page, without the billing controls.
- Pick up to 5 elements at once. The pin on a selected element is now the comment box itself, and picks are numbered, so one message can carry several fixes. See Select and edit.
- Move a whole site with one key. A migration key now transfers the site itself, with live progress while it runs, and the key can be pasted straight into the licence field. See Move a site to a new install.
- Reuse an earlier chat. Drag a task from the list onto the chat box to hand its history to the agent. See Tasks.
- The agent checks work before you publish it. Preview access lets it look at an unpublished page, so a draft is verified before it goes live.
- Work is attributed to the person. A request now identifies the member behind it, not only the licence key it used. See Members.
- PDF work is named in the activity panel instead of running unlabelled.
- WordPress logins for members. Assigning a site now gives the member their own WordPress login on it: hand over an existing account or create a new one. See Assign sites.
- Credit budgets. Give each member a credit budget, then give more or take unspent credits back. See Members.
- Connectors, one site at a time. Connecting a tool in the Workspace now asks which site it is for and switches it on only there. See Connectors.
- Partner dashboard. Partner Program members get Accounts, Build jobs, Webhook, and API keys pages in the Workspace, and can move a site between their managed accounts. See Partners.
- More than 100 sites. Agencies that need more than 100 site licences get a link to book a call with the WPOS team straight from the plan page.
- Running low on credits. When a Free account is nearly out of credits, the dashboard offers an upgrade or a conversation with the WPOS team.
- Members. Bring your team into the Workspace as Agency Managers and Operators, each with their own login. See Members.
- Invites. Invite people by email or with an invite link. See Invite members.
- Assign sites. Members see only the client sites you assign them. See Assign sites.
- Credit requests. A member who runs low can ask for more credits, and whoever funds them approves or declines.
- Migration keys. Each site has a migration key that moves it, with its chats, connectors, and settings, to another WordPress install. See Sandboxes.
- Free plan. New accounts start on a Free plan, with no payment step at sign-up.
